Costa Rica Don Eli x Tetsu Kasuya "Aki" is a premium specialty coffee co-created by Tetsu Kasuya (the 2016 World Brewers Cup Champion) and the renowned Don Eli Estate in Costa Rica. Named "Aki" (meaning "Autumn" in Japanese), this batch features a custom processing method developed through close collaboration between the champion and the farm.
