FAQ

Coffee Resting

We recommend a resting phase of 7 to 10 days before brewing your coffee. Typically, coffee reaches its peak flavour two to three weeks after roasting. However, this can vary based on the processing method and roast level. Generally, more processed or darker roasted coffees may peak sooner, while traditionally processed coffees may take longer to reach their best flavour. If you need detailed suggestions or guidance, feel free to ask!

Brewing Guide

For espresso, we recommend a brewing ratio of 1:2.2 to 1:2.5 for a full shot, while for milk-based beverages, a ratio of 1:1.8 to 1:2 is ideal. When it comes to brewing filter coffee, there can be significant variations depending on the tools used, water quality, and settings. While we believe that the perfect cup of coffee is more of a concept than a strict recipe—heavily influenced by personal taste and cultural preferences—we suggest aiming for a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) level of 1.25% to 1.35% for the best flavour experience.
